Last Friday Kisha and I ran/swam/biked a triathlon. It was just a little something our stake put on here at a local lake- Lake Elmo. It was all women from the stake and we just went out and did a triathlon. We swam a quarter of a mile, biked 15 miles and ran a 5k (3 miles), and...we finished!!! Never done anything like that before! It was tons of fun and I'm looking forward to doing it again next year!

Good for you! Cory just did the Olympic Triathlon last weekend and loved it! He said he can see how people get addicted to it! That is really awesome!
