Salmon Story...

Tonight for dinner we had Salmon- this was our dinner conversation:

Dylan "Mom and Dad did you catch this fish?"

Brian being funny responded "Yep...Mama did"

With a look of amazement on his face Dylan replies "Wow, Mama, you caught this..."

Tia "Dad is just kidding. Mama bought it at the store."

Dylan "Was I with you?"

Tia "Yep you were."

Dylan "Where is the fishes tail?"

Tia "The guy at the store cut it off"

Dylan "He cut it off? But, why? Did this fish have a head- with eyeballies?"

Brian "Yep. But the guy at the store cut that off too."

A stunned Dylan pokes his salmon..."Are you kidding me?"

Brian and Tia "Nope. We're not."

Dylan again looks at his fish and then says "Ewwwweee"

Brian and Tia just start laughing.

Dylan "Was the fish swimming in the water and then the guy caught him."

"Yes."

One more poke at the fish. One more look at Mom and Dad and then Dylan looks up and says "I'm outta here." He then gets off his chair and walks away.
